Stock Companies in China and Hong Kong, and to ask that ir. Grey may be informed in due squrse as to what reply should be made te Dr. von Friedberg,

2, In view of the fast that Hong Kong is mentioned in connection with the Companies referred to by Herr von Friedberg, a copy of his letter is also being trm mitted through the Colonial office to the local Administration in case any portion of the sum in question should properly soarus to the charge imposed upon German property in the Colony for purposes of Sestion III of the Treaty of Versailles.
